Aamor Inox Limited, a producer of stainless steel bars, paid Rs 87.5 crore to Mastcraft Properties Private Limited for 12 bighas of farmland and a farmhouse in Rangpuri, South Delhi, according to documents accessed by real estate data analytics company CRE Matrix.
On September 27, the sale deed was signed in Aamor Inox Limited’s name. According to the paperwork, the corporation paid Rs 6.12 crore in stamp duty for the transaction.
The farmland is situated in South Delhi’s Malikpur Kohi, also known as Rangpuri, hamlet. In response to questions from Moneycontrol, neither the seller nor the buyer responded right away.
This is the most recent of several noteworthy agreements that Delhi has closed this year. Laxmi Devi Agarwal, the spouse of GR Infraprojects Limited promoter Devkinandan Agarwal, paid Rs 86 crore in September for a 1,200 square-yards villa in the affluent Delhi neighborhood of Vasant Vihar.
