According to registration paperwork obtained by FloorTap.com, The office space is located in Raheja Altmius, and the rent per square foot is Rs 320.
The commercial units are on the top floors of the building, with a security deposit of Rs 12.47 crore. The lessor is Whispering Heights Real Estate Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of MindSpace Business Parks.
The two transactions were filed on January 24 and 25, with the rent starting date set for July 1, 2024. The leasing agreements are for five years, with an extra five years of renewal period. According to the contracts, there is a two-year lock-in term and an annual rent increase of 4.5 percent.
