Amitabh Bachchan has purchased three commercial properties worth 60 crore in Signature Building, Andheri West, Mumbai.
According to property registration documents accessed by FloorTap.com, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan paid nearly ₹60 crore for three commercial properties in Mumbai’s Andheri West, totaling 8,429 square feet.
Last year, Big B bought four units totaling 8,396 square feet in the same building for nearly 29 crore. Stamp duty of ₹1.72 crore was paid for the purchase registered on September 1, 2023.
The documents indicated that the transaction was registered on June 20, 2024.
The property transaction includes three office units in Signature Building on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, Mumbai. It also has three car parks.
Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited was the seller in the high-value transaction. Bachchan Senior paid a stamp duty of ₹3.57 crore for the purchase.
