This lease commencing on January 15, 2025, is part of a strategy to increase the bank&#8217;s operations in one of Mumbai\u2019s prime business locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Details of the Lease Agreement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The lease deal, which was registered on July 30, 2024, highlights several key financial aspects and terms. IDFC First Bank will pay a starting monthly rent of Rs.3.85 crore, translating to Rs.233 per square foot. Additionally, the agreement includes parking provisions for 165 cars. There will be a 15% escalation in rent, set to occur 36 months after the commencement date.
