Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has expanded his portfolio with the purchase of office space in Andheri, near Mumbai, for ₹3.88 crore, as per documents accessed by FloorTap.com.
The office space, spread over an area of 887 sq ft RERA carpet and located on the 24th floor of the tower known as Parinee 1, was purchased on September 3 for ₹3.88 crore. The deal included a stamp duty of ₹23.3 lakh and one car parking space.
This acquisition reflects the continued strong demand for commercial properties in prime locations like Andheri, driven by Mumbai’s growing economy.
